THE LIGHTHOUSE BOYS
In the 1980s, The Lighthouse Boys went through a rotating door of changes. This included a brief stent from 1982 to 1983, with the original three members joined by four additional members to form the mixed group “New Covenant”. By 1984, Ken Edwards and Tim Cantu returned as the The Lighthouse Boys began to make special local appearances. In 1987, after a special performance at the “High Desert Gospel Sing” at the San Bernardino Fair Grounds in Victorville, CA, The Lighthouse Boys entered Maximus Recording Studios in Fresno, CA to record a single. By 1988, The Lighthouse Boys were heavy in talks to once again hit the road and studio for a new EP.
