GOLDEN CLASSICS 2 TOUR
In the fall of 1999, The Lighthouse Boys saw the return of Ken Edwards, Terry Mullen and Tim Williams to the group. In the beginning of 2000, they began plans to start working on a brand-new album that would eventually become “Golden Classics 2”. In April it was officially released in time for The Great Western Quartet Convention. Additionally, The Lighthouse Boys were among a few other artists interviewed for Mackie Sound Systems “Blessed Mixings” articles on their own website. In the fall, Ken, Terry and Tim would step away from The Lighthouse Boys for good as full-time members and form a new version of Golden State Quartet. December would end the year for The Lighthouse Boys on shaky ground as Bill Underwood broke an ankle and while recovering from surgery at home, he suffered a major heart attack and went through a quadruple bypass.
