The Lighthouse Boys performed this morning and evening at Trinity Life Chapel in Bakersfield, CA. This weekend was The Lighthouse Boys first full weekend since being off of a heavy schedule for a few months during Bill Underwood’s recovery from his bypass surgery in December.

People were delighted as the group took the stage and performed songs from their latest recording “Golden Classics 2” all the way back from their debut self titled album in 1980. Bill preached in both services.  This morning the Lighthouse Boys were happy to have with them, the Curtsingers from Visalia, CA.  And this evening Denis Curtsinger (who is cousin to Doyle Curtsinger of the Buckaroos) stayed to sing some more and play guitar as The Lighthouse Boys took time away from their tracks to perform a couple of songs live.  Stephen said from the stage “We haven’t performed with live music in about 6 months.”
