“Golden Classics 2” has reached #6 on iTunes Top 100 Christian/Gospel Album Charts in Canada. The album, which was the last album The Lighthouse Boys recorded with engineer Reggie Langendoerfer will cross its 25th Anniversary in April of this year.

Golden Classics 2 holds many fan favorites such as “I’m Free Again” “When They Ring Those Golden Bells” and the song “When He Was on the Cross (I Was on His Mind)” which in 2020 went to #2 on the iTunes Christian Music Chart in Papua New Guinea, and #5 on iTunes Music Charts over all in the same country.

(Bakersfield, CA) Three Generations of The Bakersfield Sound gathered at the Historic Buck Owens Crystal Palace today. Susan Raye, Johnny Owens, Monte Byrom, Rick Stevens, Jim Ranger, The Lighthouse Boys and more took the stage in celebration for Jennifer Keel’s new album “Bakersfield Believes.”

Long time friend, Producer Rick Reno Stevens was honored with a Lifetime achievement award, an award The Lighthouse Boys were also honored with in 2016.

(Bakersfield, CA) – Earlier this year, The Lighthouse Boys and many other Artists from Bakersfield’s Historic Musical History participated on a special Country Gospel Project by Solo Country Artist, Jennifer Keel. Jennifer has a long-standing working relationship with the Buckaroos and others performing at the Historic Buck Owens Crystal Palace. On December 21, 2024, at 2pm (Pacific Time), Jennifer Keel will be performing songs from that album with many of those artists which include Susan Raye, Johnny Owens, Rick Reno Stevens, Jim Ranger (The Voice), The Lighthouse Boys and many others.
